The Elevated training team has decades of combined experience in developing training programs and providing technical and surveillance instruction around the globe to meet and exceed government or industry standards. Our baseline training and development program provides testing, certification, and tracking for compliance. Elevated analyzes each customer’s current documentation and existing processes to identify critical tasks and training gaps and recommends the approach best suited to mission success.
Training and Development Process
Elevated Technologies, LLC utilizes Instructional System Design (ISD) processes for curriculum development and implementation. The process steps encompass Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Our process inputs for each step are as follows:
1. ANALYZE
Our in-house SMEs work with customers to identify key skills that need to be developed within the workforce to maximize efficiency within the training program.
2. DESIGN
We customize a training design for each individual customer to consider the environment, budget, and expected outcomes to ensure customer goals are achieved.
3. DEVELOPMENT
We develop customized training curriculum with a focus on efficiency and transparency. If desired, we keep the customer involved in our development process to provide input and oversight.
4. IMPLEMENTATION
Our instructors maintain a high degree of proficiency through regular professional training and preparation for delivery. Our professional instructor atmosphere is custom-built for the audience receiving our instruction. Our implementation method is designed, developed, and tailored to the specifics of the site and end users for each customer. Methods to deliver the necessary training including Interactive Courseware (ICW), virtual computer-based training, instructor-led training, or an appropriate hybrid approach.
5. EVALUATION
Our training incorporates “In Course” evaluations to ensure learning has occurred, as well as “Postgraduate” evaluations to ensure that all trainees are receiving the training that they need to do their jobs. This allows for continuous process improvement to ensure the most relevant and robust training is delivered.

We specialize in standing up programs that become self-sufficient over time, while providing program support every step of the way. Elevated Technologies utilizes Field Service Representatives who possess extensive experience in the development, training, and execution of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance programs. We have experience establishing new sites for Aerostat systems, RAID Towers, Ground Control Stations, and more. Depending on customer program needs, our Field Service Representatives can be deployed CONUS and OCONUS and provide support on–site, remotely, or a hybrid mix of both.
