Elevated Technologies, LLC provides aviation maintenance support backed by more than 200 combined years of aviation expertise. Our team includes senior aviation maintenance managers, retired maintenance Master Chiefs, and former senior enlisted technicians, managers, and instructors with experience supporting large-scale maintenance programs across Fleet Replacement Squadrons (FRS), Carrier Air Wings (CVW), and Fleet Readiness Centers (FRC).
Elevated supports aviation programs with experienced maintenance leadership, training development, technical documentation, quality assurance, and process improvement. This integrated approach helps customers improve readiness, maintain compliance, strengthen maintainability, and support long-term sustainment across complex aviation environments.
Maintenance Management & Oversight
Elevated provides aviation maintenance management and oversight through experienced professionals who understand organizational- and intermediate-level maintenance environments. Our personnel support maintenance execution, compliance inspections, quality assurance, and process improvement mentoring to help programs maintain performance, accountability, and readiness.
We employ several former senior enlisted mechanical and electrical technicians, Master Training Specialist (MTS) instructors, Instructional System Design (ISD) managers, and Quality Assurance inspectors, capable of developing, inspecting, and teaching maintenance processes, and in-flight procedures to maintainers and aircrew. All our teammates are well versed in quality assurance and control and can inspect large-scale maintenance and flight programs for compliance and provide process improvement mentoring to program managers.

Elevated develops and delivers aviation maintenance training via classroom and computer/web-based instruction tailored to program needs. Our personnel support knowledge capture, analysis, and Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) development to improve training effectiveness and long-term sustainment.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
Elevated creates and updates technical documentation required for program sustainment, including products that support operation, maintenance, and repair activities. Our technical writers conduct user testing, validation, and verification to help ensure procedures are technically accurate and aligned to program requirements.
