Elevated employs a team with over 200 combined years of military aviation maintenance expertise encompassing all levels of maintenance.  Our experience includes large-scale management of organizational programs such as fleet replacement squadrons (FRS), Carrier Air Wings (CVW), and Intermediate level Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) management.  In addition, we employ several former senior enlisted mechanical and electrical technicians, Master Training Specialist (MTS) instructors, Instructional System Design (ISD) managers, and Quality Assurance inspectors, capable of developing, inspecting, and teaching maintenance processes, and in-flight procedures to maintainers and aircrew.  All our teammates are well versed in quality assurance and control and can inspect large-scale maintenance and flight programs for compliance and provide process improvement mentoring to program managers.

TRAINING DEVELOPMENT & TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

Our experienced training staff excels in knowledge capture, analysis, and Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) for curriculum development and delivery. We offer classroom training, as well as computer- and web-based capabilities for operations and maintenance requirements.  Additionally, Elevated can create and update technical documentation products required for program sustainment.  These products include, but are not limited to, interactive electronic technical manuals (IETMs), engineering drawings, system topology, and network diagrams. Our team of technical writers have experience with user testing, validation, and verification to ensure the equipment procedures are technically accurate.
